Reclaim Your Inner Terrain: an Erotic Embodiment Intensive for Women + Female-Bodied Folks

  • San Francisco, CA 94121 USA (map)

There are often so few spaces for us as women, female-bodied folks and survivors of trauma to have an experience of our own bodies, pelvises and our sexuality that is solely for us.

We’re bombarded by images daily that sell us imprints of what our bodies “should” look like. We endlessly see female or feminine sexuality exploited and used to sell, reduce and commodify.

We’re told our physical experiences, health challenges, emotional distress and  myriad of symptoms & sensations that show up in our bodies are a problem to be managed, pathologized, fixed and are best hidden away.

We endlessly see the limiting dichotomies and paradigms that are placed upon us as women, feminine identified and female bodies folks. We can either be a mother or a wh*re, we can either be the good girl or the home wrecker, we can either be accomplished, driven and alone or at-home, docile and in-partnership.  We can be fully expressed as who we are or we can be safe.

And then if we consciously explore femininity and “the feminine'' we're sold, age-old archetypal narratives that limit our expression to a pre-approved script (that is often taught to us by male teachers). We’re told to be 0rgasmic, pleasing, nurturing, essentially performing and we’re rarely given the space to occupy the nuance and complexity.

But what if none of this was the Feminine?

What if there were ways and spaces to allow the fullness, complexity and paradox and uniqueness of you?

What if your feminine expression wasn’t something that you had to perform or go find, but something that was already arising and continuously existed inside of you?

What if there were safe and kind spaces where you could explore your body, your pelvis, these essential parts of your being?

What if you could discover ways of nourishing yourself and connecting to yourself that were easily woven into your daily life and were solely so you could enjoy more of you?

I know this is a space I deeply crave and need.

I know that this is the type of space that is rarely found or offered to women.

I know I have benefitted and been changed and continue to be held by exploring my body, my pelvis, the root of my being and what my authentic expression of the Feminine looks like.

And I want to offer this space to you too, because there is a powerful thing that happens when we are given the space to come home to ourselves.

And that the power of this work is multiplied in its  impact when this space and reclaiming is done in a group. When we are allowed to be ourselves and occupy ourselves, while in connection with others.

So I want to invite you to join me for this experience of:

Reclaim Your Wild Terrain

This 6 week series will walk you through practices that support you to be in your body in ways that feel safe, nourishing and authentic to you.

You’ll be given the opportunity to learn about the unique ways the female body operates and how this impacts our experiences relationally, sexually and how this can be a gateway spiritually.

We’ll create together a map and web of support for traversing the places inside of our bodies that we disconnect from and have yet to inhabit.

You’ll be encouraged and held in finding your own personal  and authentic expression of your Feminine nature.

And much more <3

Here is some of what we will explore as we traverse the realms of the body, pelvis, s3xuality, relationship with self and other:

  • Working with the Nervous System

  • Finding Grounding Ways to Connect with Yourself

  • How Our Attachment Patterns Impact Our Relationship + Experience of Self

  • Discovering the Inner Terrain of the Pelvis

  • Self- Massage + Hands on Healing Practices

  • Cervical De-Armouring + Deep Pelvic Bowl Work

  • Understanding the Feminine Anatomy of Arousal

This series will build upon itself each week to create a foundational sense of safety and connection with yourself to allow for deeper personal work and exploration.

Whether you’re just beginning your journey or if you’re an experienced practitioner, there will be something deep for you in this course, as we all unfold more deeply when we are held.
