Mapping Your Wild Terrain is a hands-on and hands-in experiential workshop where you will learn from the inside out a deeper understanding of your physical and sexual anatomy, as well as, tools for reproductive health and deeper self-care.

You'll be given a space to explore your pelvis and turn-on just for you! So often our bodies are only touched in the context of medical assesment and for other's pleasure. This workshop is a space for you to have a deep experience of yourself, what lives in the root of your being and to learn tools for reclaiming your body, pelvis and sexuality as a space that is for you and by you!

- Pelvic Bowl + Vagainal Mapping for an Deeper Connection to Self
- Self- Massage for Reproductive Health + Trauma Healing
- The Anatomy of Arousal in the Female Body
- Pleasure Points for More Sensation
- Reclaiming the Pelvis as a Place of Nourishment + Personal Pleasure

Who is this space for?
This space is open to p*ssy-owners of all sexual orientations. This container is for cis-women and people who have vulvas given that we will be focused on working with biologically female reproductive and sexual anatomy.

This will be a trauma informed space, however this work is not therapy and cannot address all individual traumas. Class Logistics:
We will begin this class with lecture and Q&A and then a large portion of the workshop will be guided solo experience.

We will have plenty of time for integration and questions at the end of the class.

You will need a quiet space where you will be undisturbed for the duration of this workshop.

You will also need lubricant or body oil, a towel, layers, paper+ pen or markers and a hand mirror.
